About Us
We are a service firm that merges legal, management, administrative and business knowledge to offer a complete service for companies looking to move workforce from country to country, companies planning to expand internationally and people looking for new challenges outside of their home country.
We started to design this project in mid-2015, focusing on the problems companies face when moving foreign personnel, like dealing with numerous suppliers of different services to make only one expatriation possible: Legal advisors, real estate brokers, carriers, international moving companies, lawyers, official translators, and more, which don’t know each other and don’t work in coordination with each other.
We decided to consolidate all these services in just one supplier: Castillo&Piñeyro. This way, we give international mobility the essential and transcendent place it deserves for a company: make the local-to-global dream possible.
Our Culture
We want to provide the best service, the one that best works for you and for your company, analyzing its different phases and alternatives and foreseeing its consequences in the short, medium and long term. We know that our services costs and time incurred affect your finances, so our services have a comprehensive scope tailored according to your needs, considering the minimum and maximum deadlines in each case, and once we offer a fee for a determined service, it never changes: no hidden costs or surprises.
We look forward to maintaining long-lasting, stable and friendly business and personal relationships, assuring you can count on us at every moment, by focusing on the trust we put in our clients, team and the quality of our service.
We consider it important to share our knowledge and experience acquired and created with our work, therefore we actively spread it through social media, lectures and institutional events about different subjects. We encourage you to send us your thoughts and experiences so we can also spread them. Take part, your opinion and experience are unique and invaluable! From testimonies of our customers and partners, stories about your travels, your experience with the local government entities – such as Immigration Office, Labor Ministry or SUNAT – every contribution is welcome.
